- Christianity is monotheistic, meaning they only believe in one god.
- Christianity is universalizing, it appeals to a large group of people and it is actively looking for new members.
- It has 2.3 billion followers, and 80 million are Lutheran.
- The holy book is The Bible.
- Some holy sites are:
- Jerusalem, where Jesus was crucified
- Bethlehem, where he was born
- The main symbol of Christianity is the cross.
Beliefs of Lutheran Christianity
- They believe that Jesus is the son of God.
- They believe in the trinity, that the father, the son, and the holy sprit are separate, but they are all part of God.
